降低韶钢高炉工序能耗的实践浅析

摘要 本文分析了韶钢高炉工序能耗水平的现状,对2018年以来降低高炉工序能耗的措施进行了小结。采取的主要措施为:富氧大喷煤、高炉炉缸浇注喷涂技术应用、高顶压、提升吨铁煤气回收、控制合理煤气流分布、提高TRT发电量、实现能源动态控制与管理等,并提出了后续降低高炉工序能耗的方向。 This paper analyzes the status quo of the process energy consumption level of THE blast furnace of Shaogang,and summarizes the measures to reduce the process energy consumption of the blast furnace since 2018.The main meas-ures taken are as follows:oxygen-rich coal injection,application of casting and spraying technology in blast furnace hearth,high top pressure,recovery of iron gas by lifting tons of iron,rational distribution control of gas flow,improve-ment of TRT power generation,dynamic control and management of energy,etc.,and the direction of reducing process energy consumption in blast furnace is put forward.
