摘要
文章对八钢2500m^3高炉2011年-2019年的工序能耗变化情况进行了分析,阐明了原燃料质量的稳定、高炉冶炼技术水平的提高、节能降耗先进技术应用等措施的实施是降低高炉工序能耗的根本保证,提出了高炉节能降耗的主要努力方向。
This paper analyzes the process energy consumption of 2500m3 blast furnace of Bayi Steel from 2011 to2019. The implementation of measures such as stable raw and fuel quality, improvement of blast furnace smeltingtechnology level and application of advanced energy-saving and consumption reducing technologies are thefundamental guarantee to reduce the process energy consumption of blast furnace, and puts forward the direction ofenergy saving and consumption reduction of blast furnace.
