摘要
目的 建立空气中阿昔洛韦的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法 空气中阿昔洛韦经滤膜采集后,用0.4%氢氧化钠溶液洗脱溶解,洗脱液经C_(18)色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5μm)分离,采用甲醇-水流动相洗脱,紫外检测器(254 nm)检测,标准曲线法定量。结果 方法线性关系良好,相关系数为0.999 9,方法检出限为0.1μg/ml;定量限为0.3μg/ml;最低检出浓度(以采集150 L空气样品计)为6.6μg/m^(3)。结论 本法简便,灵敏度高,重现性好,检测结果可靠,检测效率高,适用于工作场所空气中阿昔洛韦含量的测定。
Objective This paper aims to establish an high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of acyclovir in workplace air. Methods Acyclovir in workplace air is collected by filter membrane, eluted and dissolved with 0.4% sodium hydroxide solution, and the eluent is separated by C_(18)chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm), eluted by methanol water mobile phase, detected by UV detector(254 nm), and quantified by standard curve method. Results The linear relationship of the method was good, and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9. The detection limit of this method was 0.1 μg/ml;the limit of quantitation was 0.3 μg/ml;the minimum detected concentration per 150 L air sample was 6.6 μg/m^(3). Conclusion The method is simple, high sensetivity, reproducible, reliable and efficient. It is suitable for the determination of acyclovir in workplace air.
