摘要
本文介绍离子对高效液相色谱法测定人体血浆中阿昔洛韦浓度的方法,使用SpherisorbC18(I.D.4.6×150mm)色谱柱,流动相组成为1mmol/L十二烷基磺酸钠溶液(含5mmol/L三氯乙酸)-乙睛(20:1),检测波长为254nm,线性范围为0~1000ng/mlγ=0.9998(n=8),平均回收率为101.2%,RSD为5.519%。本法具有简便、灵敏、准确等特点。
An ion-pair HPLC method was developed for determining concentyation of Acyclovir in human plasma. ACV wasrecoverd on Spherisorb C18 column (I.D.4.6x 150mm) and detected at 254nm. The mobile phase consisted of a mixture of 1m mol/LSodium dodecane sulfate solution (with 5m mol/L Trichloroethanoic acid) and acetonitrile in the ratio of 20:1. The average recoveryof ACV was 101.2%, SD was 5.519%. A good linear relationship between the peak height and ACV concentration was found in the 0~1 000ng/ml ACV concentration range,γ = 0. 9 998 (n = 8).
