摘要
近年来,我国建筑行业高速发展,项目数量大幅度增加,面对复杂的市场环境,相关单位必须高度重视施工项目监理工作,对整个施工过程进行严格把控,保障施工项目高效有序进行。基于此,文章针对研创园智能制造研发设计中心项目案例,具体分析项目监理工作内容,然后从桩基工程、模板工程、基坑工程、砌体工程等方面分析研创园智能制造研发设计中心项目监理工作的要点,以期为同类工程监理提供参考。
In recent years,with the rapid development of China's construction industry,the number of projects has increased significantly.In the face of a complex market environment,relevant units must attach great importance to the supervision work of construction projects,strictly control the entire construction process,and ensure the efficient and orderly progress of construction projects.Based on this,this paper analyzes the content of the project supervision work with the case of the research and innovation park intelligent manufacturing R&D design center project,and then analyzes key points of the supervision work of the project from the aspects of pile foundation engineering,formwork engineering,foundation pit engineering and masonry engineering,so as to provide reference for the supervision of similar projects.
