摘要
油水分离水力旋流器是20世纪80年代开发的一种离心式油水分离器,它主要用于油田采出水的原油脱水和低含油污水的处理。介绍了油水分离水力旋流器的工作原理,分析了影响其分离性能的几个主要因素,以及在油田生产的实践运用。
Hydrocyclone for oil-water separation is a centrifugal oil-water separator developed in the 1980s. It is mainly used for crude oil dehydration of oilfield produced water and treatment of low oil-bearing sewage. This paper introduces the working principle of hydrocyclone for oil-water separation,analyzes several main factors affecting its separation performance and its practical application in oilfield production.
