摘要
为了克服缓蚀剂之间的配伍性问题以及降低油气工业的生产和运输成本,研制了复合缓蚀剂(RQ)。在高压反应釜中测定了C_(3)H_(8)和CH_(4)(C_(1)/C_(3))水合物在RQ存在下的起始温度,以评价RQ作为天然气水合物抑制剂的性能。用高压流变仪研究了RQ作为防凝聚剂的潜力以及在RQ存在下水合物的流变行为。所合成的RQ(RQ1、RQ2、RQ3)都具有水合物抑制作用,有助于防止C_(1)/C_(3)水合物团聚。采用动电位极化评价了RQ在含H_(2)S和CO_(2)的油田采出水中的缓蚀性能。电化学测试表明,RQ提高了低碳钢的极化电阻,并显著保护了其表面免受腐蚀性气体的侵蚀。实验结果表明:RQ可以作为双功能缓蚀剂用于防止油气管道内天然气水合物的形成以及CO_(2)/H_(2)S的腐蚀,同时也具有作为水合物阻聚剂的潜力。
In order to overcome compatibility problems between corrosion inhibitors and reduce production and transportation costs for the oil and gas industry, a composite corrosion inhibitor(RQ) has been developed. The onset temperature of C_(3)H_(8)and CH_(4)gas(C_(1)/C_(3)) hydrates in the presence of RQ was measured in an autoclave to evaluate the performance of RQ as a natural gas hydrate inhibitor. The potential of RQ as an anti-condensate and the rheological behaviour of hydrates in the presence of RQ were investigated using a high pressure rheometer. The synthesized RQs(RQ1, RQ2 and RQ3) all exhibited hydrate inhibition and was helpful to prevent C_(1)/C_(3)hydrate agglomeration. The corrosion inhibition performance of RQ in H_(2)S and CO_(2)containing oilfield produced water was evaluated using dynamic potential polarisation. Electrochemical tests showed that RQ increased the polarisation resistance of mild steel and significantly protected its surface from corrosive gases. The experimental results showed that RQ could be used as a bifunctional corrosion inhibitor for the prevention of gas hydrate formation and CO_(2)/H_(2)S corrosion in oil and gas pipelines, and also had potential as a hydrate coalescence inhibitor.
