打造职业教育的国际品牌——对鲁班工坊建设的回顾与前瞻性思考 被引量:10

摘要 自2016年3月首个鲁班工坊在泰国建成至今,鲁班工坊建设已走过了一段硕果累累的历程。这一职业教育国际合作项目的实施,以其服务于国家“一带一路”建设的显著成效,赢得了合作国政府和民众的广泛称道,产生了良好的品牌效应。自产生动意之日起,鲁班工坊就是被作为中国职业教育的国际品牌来设计和打造的。天津之于鲁班工坊品牌创建的贡献,主要体现为确定名称并设计标识、明确功能定位并构建建设原则、强化核心要素建设以塑造品牌品质、创建建设模式及研究与推广机构等方面。目前,已经颇具规模并拥有良好知名度和美誉度的鲁班工坊建设已上升为国家战略,理应以打造国际化职业教育强势品牌为目标,从以下几个方面予以强力推进:强化国家层面的战略指导与引领;充分发挥地方政府的职能作用;全方位塑造鲁班工坊的品牌可靠性。 Since the first Luban workshop was completed in Thailand in March 2016,the construction of Luban workshop has gone through a fruitful journey.The implementation of this vocational education international cooperation project has won widespread praise from the governments and people of the partner countries,and produced a good brand effect with its remarkable results in serving the country's"One Belt and One Road"construction.Since the date of producing vivid meaning,Luban workshop has been designed and built as an international brand of China's vocational education.Tianjin's contribution to the brand creation of Luban workshops is mainly reflected in determining the name and designing the logo,clarifying the functional positioning and constructing the construction principle,strengthening the core elements construction to shape the brand quality,establishing the construction mode and research and promotion institutions.At present,the construction of Luban workshop,which has a considerable scale and has a good reputation and reputation,has become a national strategy.It should be vigorously promoted from the following aspects with the goal of building a strong brand of International Vocational Education:strengthening strategic guidance and guidance at the national level;Give full play to the functions of local governments;Create the brand reliability of Luban workshops in an all-round way.
