摘要
在数字经济背景下,乡村旅游数字化发展是一个多层传导驱动力、多次调整状态、多级行动响应的动态过程。本文在构建乡村旅游数字化发展“驱动力—状态—响应”动力机制的基础上,系统梳理乡村旅游数字化发展的动力来源、状态表现和主体响应行为,发现游客、企业、政府三大主体是影响和制约乡村旅游数字化发展的关键所在。三大主体通过对旅游消费行为、旅游经营模式、旅游治理方式的改变和调整,作用于乡村旅游数字化发展的个体、行业、社会逻辑维度,并在数据集成、交换和应用层面面临着消费数据分散、垄断、割离等主要矛盾,需要通过提升乡村数字化建设水平、提高乡村主体数字素养、完善数据监管机制、构建平台型政府等措施予以完善。
In the context of the development of digital economy,the digital development of rural tourism is a dynamic process of multi-level transmission of driving forces,multiple state adjustments,and multi-level action responses.Based on the construction of the“driving force-state-response”dynamic mechanism of rural tourism digital development,this paper systematically combs the power source,state performance and subject response behavior of rural tourism digital development,and finds that tourists,enterprises and government are the key subjects that affect and restrict the development of rural tourism digitization.By changing the tourism consumption behavior,tourism management mode and tourism governance mode,the three main bodies act on the individual,industry and social logical dimensions of the digital development of rural tourism,and face the main contradictions of consumption data dispersion,monopoly and separation at the level of data integration,exchange and application.They can be improved by improving the level of rural digital construction,improving the data supervision mechanism,building a platform government and other measures.
