摘要
THF,中文名为四氢呋喃,一种环醚,在固体强酸催化作用下易发生开环聚合反应,常用于工业制造聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMEG)。文章主要介绍使用科氏技术(KTS)工艺在生产精制THF过程中,回收聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)生产领域产生的酯化水(THF)应注意的杂质种类及含量对PTMEG的质量影响,以及对杂质的控制方法。
THF is a cyclic ether,which is prone to ring-opening polymerization under the catalysis of solid strong acid.It is often used in the industrial manufacture of PTMEG.This paper mainly introduces the influence of impurity types and content on the quality of PTMEG when the esterification water(THF)produced in the production field of PBT should be paid attention to in the production process of refined THF by KTS process,and the control method of impurity.
