摘要
聚四亚甲基醚二醇(PTMEG),俗称四氢呋喃,其产品质量受生产过程中关键工序工艺的影响因素是多方面的。文章从PTMEG的生产工序工艺着手,主要介绍了PTMEG生产中的温度、搅拌速度以及醇解等对PTMEG产品质量产生的影响及控制措施。
Polytetramethylene ether glycol(PTMEG),commonly known as tetrahydrofuran,its product quality is affected by many factors in the key process of production.Starting from the production process of PTMEG,this paper mainly introduces the influence of temperature,stirring speed and alcoholysis on the quality of PTMEG products and the control measures.
