摘要
为了充分提高煤炭资源回收率,保证沿空留巷围岩稳定性。文章以2106孤岛工作面沿空掘巷小煤柱护巷及围岩控制为背景,采用FLAC数值模拟、现场实测等方法,确定了2106工作面轨道巷留设8 m小煤柱护巷技术,并针对开采技术条件提出了合理的支护方案,经现场实测,采用8 m小煤柱以及与之相适应的支护方案后,巷道围岩变形量控制在较小范围,支护系统能充分发挥作用,完全能够保障巷道的整体稳定性。
In order to fully improve the recovery rate of coal resources and ensure the stability of surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining.Based on the gob-side entry protection with small coal pillar and surrounding rock control of 2106 isolated island working face, the technology of 8 m small coal pillar protection in track entry of 2106 working face is determined by FLAC numerical simulation and field measurement, according to the technical conditions of mining, a reasonable supporting scheme is put forward.After field measurement, the deformation of the surrounding rock is controlled in a small range by using 8 m small coal pillar and supporting scheme, the support system can fully play its role, and can fully guarantee the overall stability of the roadway.
