摘要
为了解决煤矿巷道顶板锚索破断率高、层状顶板难以实现稳定控制等问题,综合采用数值模拟、理论分析和现场试验等方法,研究了巷道顶板不同区域锚索的真实受力特征和长短锚索对顶板的支护效应,分析了不同区域锚索对顶板的锚固机理,设计提出以长短锚索为主导的多层次支护技术。现场实践应用表明,该技术支护效果良好,保证了矿井安全生产。
In order to solve the problems such as high breakage rate of anchor cables in the roof of coal mine roadway and difficulty in achieving stable control of the laminated roof,numerical simulation,theoretical analysis and field test were used to study the real force characteristics of anchor cables in different areas of the roof of the roadway and the support effect of long and short anchor cables on the roof,analyze the anchoring mechanism of anchor cables in different areas on the roof,and design and propose a multi-level support technology led by long and short anchor cables.The design proposes a multi-layered support technology led by long and short anchor cables.The practical application in the field shows that the technology is effective and ensures safe production in the mine.
