摘要
目的研究小儿听性脑干反应(auditory brainstem response,ABR)检查中睡眠剥夺联合10%水合氯醛口服的应用效果。方法选取2021年6—8月在厦门大学附属妇女儿童医院/厦门市妇幼保健院进行ABR检查的300例患儿为研究对象,按检查日期随机分成单日观察组(150例)和双日对照组(150例)。观察组给予睡眠剥夺联合口服水合氯醛,对照组仅口服水合氯醛。比较两组患儿的镇静效果、用药后的入睡时间、不良反应发生情况以及ABR检查情况。结果观察组患儿的镇静有效率(94.67%)显著高于对照组(80.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿用药后的入睡时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿的ABR检查中断率、检查成功率、检查完成所需时间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的不良反应发生率(8.67%)与对照组的(10.00%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在小儿ABR检查过程中,给予睡眠剥夺联合10%水合氯醛口服的镇静效果较好,可帮助患儿尽快入睡,确保检查顺利、安全进行。
Objective To research the effect of sleep deprivation combined with 10%chloral hydrate oral administration on auditory brainstem response(ABR)examination in children.Methods A total of 300 children who underwent ABR examination in the Women and Children’s Hospital,School of Medicine,Xiamen University from June to August 2021 were randomly divided into single day observation group(150 cases)and double day control group(150 cases).The observation group was given sleep deprivation combined with oral chloral hydrate,while the control group was only given oral chloral hydrate.The sedative effect,sleep time,adverse reactions and ABR examination were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of sedation in the observation group(94.67%)was higher than that in the control group(80.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The sleep time of children in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in ABR interruption rate,success rate and completion time between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(8.67%)and the control group(10.00%)(P>0.05).Conclusion In the course of ABR examination in children,the sedative effect of sleep deprivation combined with oral administration of 10%chloral hydrate is better,which can help children fall asleep as soon as possible and ensure the smooth and safe examination.
