摘要
【目的】了解我国英文人文社科期刊国际化现状,为英文人文社科期刊的国际化评价提供新思路。【方法】抽取可量化的学术影响国际化、形式特征国际化、收录发行国际化3个维度的指标,构建人文社科期刊国际化评价模型。使用描述性分析、相关性分析、因子分析方法,将我国人文社科期刊国际化多维指标映射到二维坐标的4个象限和三维空间结构图中。【结果】我国53.85%的英文人文社科期刊是2010年及以后创办的,多采用“分散办刊”的运营模式和“借船出海”的出版发行模式。英文人文社科期刊中,34.62%属于低学术影响国际化、高形式特征国际化的“明星期刊”;26.92%属于低学术影响国际化、低形式特征国际化的“普通期刊”。【结论】当前,“引进来”仍旧是我国人文社科期刊国际化非常重要的方式;“专业期刊”在我国学者思想“走出去”中起到重要作用,但还需思考如何“走得更远”。
[Purposes] This paper aims to clarify the internationalization of China′s English journals of humanities and social sciences(JHSS) and thus provide a new mindset for internationalization evaluation of English JHSS. [Methods] With quantifiable indexes on the internationalization of academic influence, formal features, and indexing and distribution, the evaluation model of internationalization of China′s English JHSS was developed. Multidimensional indicators on internationalization of the journals were mapped in four-quadrant charts and three-dimensional structure diagrams based on the methods of descriptive analysis, correlation analysis, and factor analysis. [Findings] A total of 53.85% of the English JHSS in China were founded after 2010. Many of them run independently and the majority make full use of international platforms for publishing and distribution to achieve internationalization. A total of 34.62% of them are "star journals" with low level of academic influence internationalization and high level of formal feature internationalization, and 26.92% are "general journals" with low level of academic influence internationalization and formal feature internationalization. [Conclusions] At the moment, "bringing-in" dominates the internationalization methods of China′s English JHSS. "Professional journals" play a significant role in "going global" and more efforts should be made to "go further".
