摘要
科技期刊的国际化发展,是国外期刊发展的新动向,其主要特征是:用英文或多文种出版、通常由国际性的编辑委员会负责编辑、组织和发表来自世界各国的学术论文,以确保科技期刊的学术价值和学术地位。本文通过对国外科技期刊的稿源基础、编辑出版机构以及科技期刊的出版用语和国际化宣传、推广手段的考察,分析国外科技期刊国际化进程的一般特点,探索科技期刊国际化发展的趋势,以更好地把握世界科技期刊的发展态势。
The internationalization of scientfic technical periodicals is a new trend of overseas periodical de- velopment. Its main characteristic is that the scientific technical periodicals are usually edited by international edi- torial committee, with collection and publication of world-wide academic papers in English or many other lan- guages. The academic value and status of these periodicals can thus be ensured. This article is to analyze the general characteristics of the internationalization of scienific technical periodicals and to explore its developing trend, by looking into the sources of articles, the editorial and publishing bodies, and publication languages of these periodicals as well as the promotional efforts, so that the direction of the develop- ment of international scientific technical periodicals can be better grasped and guided.
