摘要
从科技期刊国际化的定义和背景出发,对我国科技期刊国际化的评价指标进行总结和分析。认为:科技期刊国际化的指标可以分为期刊内容的国际化和内容以外其他方面的国际化2大类。内容国际化的内涵是期刊学术水平达到国际水准,它是期刊国际化的核心,其外在的标准有文献计量学指标和被国际权威检索系统收录2种;科技期刊内容以外其他方面的国际化是具体的表现形式,内容直观丰富,有很强的可操作性,有编委会国际化、审稿国际化、稿源国际化、语言载体国际化等10项具体的指标。科技期刊的这2类国际化指标是彼此紧密联系、相辅相成的。期刊内容的国际化是一个质变的过程,内容以外其他方面的国际化是一个个达到质变之前的量变。我国科技期刊应脚踏实地,从实现和提高国际化内容以外其他方面的指标开始做工作,最后达到内容国际化的目的。
This paper reviews the parameters for the internationalization of Chinese scientific journals. It is pointed out that the parameters can be divided into 2 major groups： the internationalization of contents and other factors besides the contents. The internationalization of contents means that the academic level of the journal articles has reached the international level, which is the core of journal internationalization, and it can be manifested by the bibliometrics and the covering of international databases. The internationalization of factors besides contents, which is rich in contents and with great feasibility, can serve as the specific parameters, including the internationalization of the editorial board, peer reviewing, manuscript source, language, and editing and printing process, etc. The 2 major groups of parameters of journal internationalization are closely connected and supplement each other. If the internationalization of contents is a qualitative change, it should depend on a serial quantitative change of other factors. Our scientific journal should work hard to first realize the internationalization of other factors and finally achieve the internationalization of contents.
