土地革命时期中国乡村职业教育思想及当代启示 被引量:1

The Thought of Rural Vocational Education in China during the Agrarian Revolution and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

摘要 服务国家战略是中国职业教育的应然。土地革命期间,黄炎培、梁漱溟、陶行知、晏阳初等教育家提出了许多关于中国乡村职业教育的思想,其中“全社会参与”的大职业教育观、“人人都有受教育权”的大众教育观、“教育即生活”的生活教育观、实用主义的技术价值观,对新时代中国乡村职业教育具有重要的借鉴意义。新时代中国乡村职业教育应服务国家乡村振兴战略,发挥职业教育乡村治理作用;满足乡村民众的需求,通过提升技能创造美好生活;树立“生活劳动教育”的理念,创新“学做研”合一的教学模式。 Serving the national strategy is the necessity of China’s vocational education. During the agrarian revolution, Huang Yanpei, Liang Shuming, Tao Xingzhi, Yan Yangchu and other educators put forward many ideas about rural vocational education in China. Among them, the big vocational education concept of "participation of the whole society", the mass education concept of "everyone has the right to education", the life education concept of "education is life", and the technical values of pragmatism have important reference significance for rural vocational education in China in the new era. In the new era, China’s rural vocational education should serve the national strategy of rural revitalization and play its role in rural governance, meet the needs of rural people and realize skills to create a better life, and set up the concept of "life labor education" and innovate the teaching mode of "learning, doing and researching".
