摘要
新冠病毒奥密克戎变异株导致了第四波全球新冠肺炎疫情暴发流行,为北京2022年冬奥会和冬残奥会的成功举办带来严峻挑战。冬奥村是运动员和随队官员居住生活的场所,内部空间布局复杂、人员流动性强,疫情防控工作面临极大的困难和挑战。通过规范执行《防疫手册》,严格落实闭环管理,建立健全监测体系,周密部署核酸检测,规范开展应急处置,严格落实预防性消毒等疫情防控措施,构建了新冠疫情大流行背景下大型赛事公共卫生保障模式,相关经验为今后大型活动公共卫生保障提供参考依据。
The spreading of Omicron variant strain of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)led to the fourth wave of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic and presented a great challenge to hosting Beijing 2022 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games.The Olympic Village(OLV)was built as the residence for the athletes and team officials.However,difficulties in implementing COVID-19 countermeasures arose from the complex of spatial construction and the high mobility of the residence within the OLV.The public health security mode for mass gathering events(MGEs)in the context of COVID-19 pandemicwas established by standardized implementation of the Playbook Disease Prevention and strictly execution of closed-loop management,construction and improvement of health surveillance,optimization of sampling and testing protocols,along with standardized emergency response.The obtained experiences would provide a reference for the public health security model for future MGEs.
