摘要
中国农村集体经济是社会主义公有制经济在农村的重要体现,是实现共同富裕的根本方式。作为中国农村实践的理论来源,马克思恩格斯集体所有制理论表现为生产资料集体所有是实现劳动雇佣资本的重要形式,联合劳动是生产资料集体所有的有效过渡,集体所有制是超越资本主义的经济形态。中国农村集体经济具有自身实践特征,其属于生产资料村域集体所有的公有制经济形态,同时形成了集体成员合作生产关系基础上的合理分配。理论解析和实践演化表明,马克思恩格斯集体所有制理论奠定了中国农村公有制经济制度,决定了农村联合劳动的基本经济性质;而实践过程中,中国农村集体经济限定了马克思恩格斯集体所有制的界域范围,超越了马克思恩格斯集体所有制的原初功能,同时适应了中国社会主义市场经济体制。中国农村集体经济同样丰富了马克思恩格斯所有制的理论体系,由此形成理论指导实践,实践丰富理论的双向互动。
China’s rural collective economy is an important manifestation of the socialist public ownership economy in the countryside,and it is the fundamental way to achieve common prosperity.As the theoretical source of China’s rural practice,Marx and Engels’collective ownership theory shows that collective ownership of means of production is an important form of labor employment capital,joint labor is an effective transition to collective ownership of means of production,and collective ownership is an economic form that transcends capitalism.China’s rural collective economy has its own practical characteristics,and it belongs to the form of public ownership economy in which the means of production are collectively owned by villagers.Theoretical analysis and practical evolution show that Marx and Engels’collective ownership theory established the economic system of public ownership in China’s rural areas and determined the basic economic nature of rural joint labor;while in practice,China’s rural collective economy limited the boundaries of Marx and Engels’collective ownership.Going beyond the original function of Marx and Engels’collective ownership and adapting to China’s socialist market economic system,China’s rural collective economy has also enriched the theoretical system of Marx and Engels’ownership,thus forming a twoway interaction where theory guides practice and practice enriches theory.
