摘要
目的:探讨心理弹性与护理人员职业倦怠的关系,及职业生涯规划的中介作用,为护理人员的职业健康发展提供理论支持。方法:采用心理弹性量表、职业生涯规划量表、护士职业倦怠量表对228名护理人员进行问卷调查。结果:护理人员的心理弹性与职业生涯规划呈正相关(r=0.370,P<0.01),心理弹性与职业倦怠感呈负相关(r=-0.258,P<0.01),职业生涯规划与职业倦怠感呈负相关(r=-0.231,P<0.01),心理弹性不仅可以直接预测护理人员的职业倦怠,还可以通过职业生涯规划的中介作用间接预测职业倦怠,直接效应值和间接效应值分别为-0.358、-0.104。心理弹性、职业生涯规划对职业倦怠的负向预测作用显著(β=-0.237,t=-2.293,P<0.05;β=-0.358,t=-2.921,P<0.01),心理弹性对职业生涯规划具有正向预测作用(β=0.597,t=5.983,P<0.001)。结论:心理弹性可以直接影响护理人员的职业倦怠,还可以通过职业生涯规划的中介作用间接地对职业倦怠产生影响。
Objective:To explore the relationship between psychological resilience and job burnout of nursing staff, and the mediating effect of career planning, so as to provide theoretical support for the development of nursing staff’s occupational health.Methods:228 nursing staff were investigated with Psychological Resilience Scale, Career Planning Scale and Nurse Burnout Scale.Results:The psychological resilience of nursing staff was positively correlated with career planning(r=0.370,P<0.01),and the psychological resilience and career planning were negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.258,-0.231;P<0.01).Psychological resilience could not only directly predict job burnout of nursing staff, but also indirectly predict job burnout through the mediating effect of career planning.The direct effect value and indirect effect value were-0.358 and-0.104 respectively.Psychological resilience and career planning had significant negative predictive effects on job burnout( β=-0.237,t=-2.293,P<0.05;β=-0.358,t=-2.921,P<0.01),psychological resilience had a positive predictive effect on career planning(β=0.597,t=5.983,P<0.001).Conclusion:Psychological resilience can directly affect the job burnout of nursing staff, and can also indirectly affect the job burnout through the mediating role of career planning.
