摘要
社会经济飞速发展的时代背景下,体育越来越受到人民群众的关注,作为我国体育事业的重要组成部分,高校体育教学质量在一定程度上影响了体育事业的质量。体育训练是高校体育教学的重要组成部分,做好体育训练能够帮助学生提高身体素质,在有效帮助学生养成良好体育运动习惯的同时,营造积极向上的教育氛围,为学生的身心健康发展提供充分支持和保障。培养学生规矩意识,避免学生受到意外伤害是高校体育训练的两个重要课题,教师应当充分了解高校大学生体育学习特点,在体育训练方面优化教学设计,帮助学生强化规则意识,并且在行之有效的防伤害策略影响下保障高校体育训练的顺利实施。该文简单分析了规矩意识的培养及防伤害策略对高校体育训练的重要性,在结合高校大学生成长规律的情况下,提出了高校体育训练中规矩意识的培养及防伤害策略的优化路径。
Under the background of the rapid development of social economy,sports has attracted more and more attention from the people.As an important part of China’s sports cause,the quality of college sports teaching has affected the quality of sports cause to a certain extent.Physical training is an important part of physical education in colleges and universities.Doing well in physical training can help students improve their physical quality.While effectively helping students develop good sports habits,it can create a positive educational atmosphere and provide full support and guarantee for the development of students’physical and mental health.Cultivating students’discipline consciousness and avoiding accidental injuries are two important topics in college sports training.Therefore,teachers should fully understand the characteristics of college students’sports learning,optimize teaching design in sports training,help students strengthen their discipline consciousness,and ensure the smooth implementation of college sports training under the influence of effective injury prevention strategies.This paper simply analyzes the importance of the cultivation of the sense of discipline and the strategy of injury prevention for college sports training.Based on the growth law of college students,this paper puts forward the optimization path of the cultivation of the sense of discipline and the strategy of injury prevention in college sports training.
