摘要
目的探讨儿童外周静脉留置针中应用4R危机管理的效果。方法选取2021年1月—10月贵州航天医院收治的240例使用静脉留置针患儿,采用摸球法随机分成研究组(n=120)与对照组(n=120),对照组实施常规管理,研究组实施4R危机管理。比较2组患儿外周静脉留置针并发症发生率、不良事件发生率、一次静脉穿刺成功率以及患儿家属满意度。结果与对照组相比,研究组并发症发生率及不良事件发生率更低,一次静脉穿刺成功率更高(P<0.05)。与管理前相比,2组管理后纽卡斯尔护理满意度量表(NSNS)评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论儿童外周静脉留置针中应用4R危机管理,能够降低并发症发生率及不良事件发生率,提高一次静脉穿刺成功率和家属满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of 4R crisis management theory in children's peripheral intravenous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 240 children with intravenous indwelling needles admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2021 were selected and divided into two groups by random stroke method,namely the study group(n=120)and the control group(n=120).The control group was under routine management,and the study group was under 4R crisis management.The complication rate,adverse event rate,success rate of one venipuncture and the satisfaction of the children's family members were compared between the two groups of children with peripheral venous indwelling needles.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower(P<0.05),incidence of adverse events was lower(P<0.05),and success rate of a venipuncture was higher(P<0.05);After management,Newcastle Nursing Satisfaction Scale(NSNS)score of the two groups was higher than before management(P<0.05),and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of 4R crisis management theory in children's peripheral venous indwelling needle can reduce the incidence of complications and adverse events,improve the success rate of a venipuncture and the satisfaction of family members.
