摘要
目的探讨风险管理护理在外周静脉留置针患儿中的应用对不良事件发生和留置针使用时间所造成的影响。方法选取符合大连市儿童医院门诊入组条件病例数共88例,随机分为对照组(n=44,采用常规护理)及观察组(n=44,在对照组常规护理基础上联合应用风险管理护理),比较两组不良事件发生率和留置针使用时间。结果护理后观察组不良事件发生率(15.91%)低于对照组(34.09%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后观察组留置针使用时间(4.51±1.01)d长于对照组的(3.47±1.11)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理护理能够提高门诊护理人员在门诊患儿输液中的风险防范意识,减少患儿门诊输液不良事件发生次数,让患儿留置针使用时间得到明显延长。
Objective To explore the effect of risk management on the occurrence of adverse events and the duration of intravenous indwelling needle use in children with peripheral venous indwelling needle.Methods A total of 88 cases eligible for outpatient inclusion in Dalian Children's Hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group(n=44,using routine nursing)and observation group(n=44,combining risk management nursing on the basis of routine nursing).The incidence of adverse events and duration of indwentured needle use were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse events in the nursing observation group(15.91%)was lower than that in the control group(34.09%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of indwser in the observation group after nursing(4.51±1.01)d was longer than that in the control group(3.47±1.11)d,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management nursing can improve the risk prevention awareness of outpatient nursing staff in the transfusion of children,reduce the number of adverse events in outpatient transfusion of children,make the use of indwelling needle in children significantly longer.
