摘要
为了解神东公司矿区职工生活饮用水(考考赖净水厂)的重金属质量浓度和健康风险危害,对2018—2019年间每个月的9种重金属(As、Cd、Cr、Pb、Hg、Cu、Fe、Mn和Zn)进行分析比较,并使用US EPA推荐的健康风险评价模型对其进行健康风险评价。结果表明:9种重金属质量浓度均远低于《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB5749—2006);通过饮水摄入造成的致癌重金属的年健康风险值成人和儿童分别是7.61×10^(-5)a^(-1)和1.068×10^(-4)a^(-1),非致癌重金属健康风险值成人和儿童分别是9.43×10^(-10)a^(-1)和1.325×10-9a^(-1),其中Cr的健康风险值大于ICRP推荐的5×10^(-5)a^(-1),其余元素均在可接受水平内,不会对人体健康产生明显危害,认为考考赖净水厂生活饮用水的健康风险主要来自致癌物,主要贡献者是Cr,应引起相关部门的重视,优先治理。
In order to understand the heavy metal mass concentration and health risk hazards of drinking water for employees of Shendong Company’s mining area, nine kinds of heavy metals(As, Cd, Cr, Pb, Hg, Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn)were analyzed and compared in each month from 2018 to 2019, and the health risk assessment model recommended by US EPA was used to assess the health risk of drinking water in Kaokaolai water purification plant. The results showed that,the mass concentrations of nine kinds of heavy metals were far lower than “Sanitary standards for drinking water”(GB5749—2006);The annual health risk values of carcinogenic heavy metals caused by drinking water intake were 7.61×10^(-5)a^(-1)and 1.068 × 10^(-4)a^(-1)for adults and children, and 9.43×10^(-10) a^(-1)and 1.325 × 10-9a^(-1)for non carcinogenic heavy metals, respectively. The health risk values of Cr were higher than those recommended by ICRP(5×10^(-5)a^(-1)), the other elements were all within the acceptable level, and could not cause obvious harm to human health. It was considered that the health risk of drinking water in Kaokaokaolai water purification plant mainly came from carcinogens, and the main contributor was Cr, which should be paid attention to by relevant departments and given priority to treatment.
