摘要
抽水蓄能电站具有水头高、启停频繁、转速高等特点,因此每一道工序都需要严格执行并满足设计要求。作为重要的过水承压设备,蜗壳的刚强度直接关系到整个电站的运行安全。本文以世界最大总装机容量的丰宁抽水蓄能电站10号机组蜗壳水压试验为例,介绍蜗壳水压试验的目的、方法、变形监测手段、表计布置,阐述了蜗壳水压试验工艺、试压注意事项及水压试验变形监测数据分析方法。蜗壳水压试验检验了水轮机蜗壳焊缝焊接质量和蜗壳整体的安全度和设计的合理性,有效削减了蜗壳焊接过程中产生的焊接应力,同时检验了蜗壳充水后的变形规律,为蜗壳水压力对机组后续运行振动的影响分析了提供借鉴。此次蜗壳水压试验成功实施,验证了蜗壳承载力达到设计要求,确保了电站机组日后运行安全。
Pumped storage power station has the characteristics of high head,frequent start-stop,and high speed,so every process needs to be strictly executed and meet the design requirements.As an important overflow pressure-bearing equipment,the stiffness of volute is directly related to the operation safety of the whole power station.Taking the volute hydraulic test of No.10 unit of Fengning pumped storage power station with the world’s largest installed capacity as an example,this paper introduces the purpose,method,deformation monitoring means and meter arrangement of volute hydraulic test,expounds the volute hydraulic test technology,matters for attention in pressure test and deformation monitoring data analysis of hydraulic test.The volute hydraulic test verifies the welding quality of turbine volute,the overall safety of the volute and the rationality of the design,effectively reduces the welding stress generated in the volute welding process,and tests the deformation rule of the volute after filled with water,which provides reference for the analysis of the influence of volute water pressure on the subsequent operation vibration of the unit.
