摘要
目的研究护士工作环境精神气候与护士团队合作、医护合作的相关性,为管理者提升护士工作环境精神气候提供参考。方法采用整群抽样法,应用一般资料调查问卷、精神气候简式量表、护士团队合作问卷(NTS)和医护合作量表(NPCS)对扬州市两家三级综合中医医院的280名临床护士进行问卷调查。结果扬州市两家三级综合中医医院的精神气候简式量表总分为(69.93±14.71)分,4个条目中评分最高的是条目4,评分最低的是条目1。NTS总分为(124.38±9.74)分,4个维度条目均分从高到低依次为团队领导、信任与支持、团队心智模型、团队取向;NPCS总分为(72.99±8.05)分,3个维度条目均分从高到低依次为患者信息的交流、护士和医生的关系、共同参与治疗或护理决策。精神气候简式量表总分与NTS总分、NPCS总分呈正相关(r=0.329、0.212,P<0.01)。结论扬州市两家三级综合中医医院的工作环境精神气候、护士团队合作、医护合作水平处于中等偏上,但还是有进一步提升空间。护士工作环境精神气候与护士团队合作、医护合作水平呈正相关,管理者可以采取促进护士团队合作、医护合作的干预措施,以提升护士工作环境的精神气候。
Objective To study the correlation between the spiritual climate of nurse work environment and nurses teamwork and nurse-physician collaboration,and to provide reference for managers to improve the spiritual climate of nurse work environment.Mothods A cluster sampling method was used to investigate 280 clinical nurses from two tertiary comprehensive TCM hospitals in Yangzhou by general data questionnaire,Spiritual Climate Brief Scale,Nurses Teamwork Scale(NTS)and Nurse-Physician Collaboration Scale(NPCS).Results The total score of the Spiritual Climate Brief Scale in the two tertiary comprehensive TCM hospitals in Yangzhou was(69.93±14.71),among the four items,the highest score was item 4,and the lowest score was item 1.The total score of NTS was(124.38±9.74),and the average item score of the four dimensions from high to low were team leadership,trust and support,team mental model and team orientation;the total score of NPCS was(72.99±8.05),and the average item score of the three dimensions from high to low were the exchange of patient information,the relationship between nurses and doctors and the joint participation in treatment or nursing decision-making.The total score of the Spiritual Climate Brief Scale was positively correlated with the total scores of NTS and NPCS(r=0.329,0.212,P<0.01).Conclusion The spiritual climate of nurse work environment,nurses teamwork and nurse-physician collaboration of the two tertiary comprehensive TCM hospitals in Yangzhou are above average,but there is still room for further improvement.There is a positive correlation between the spiritual climate of nurse work environment and the levels of nurses teamwork and nurse-physician collaboration.Managers can take intervention measures to promote nurses teamwork and nurse-physician collaboration,so as to improve the spiritual climate of nurse work environment.
