摘要
智能时代是一个以人工智能为主要生产技术的时代,时代的变迁既催促着社会政治、经济、文化等方面的改变,也对社会职业产生重要影响。为适应智能时代的社会要求,我国颁布了一系列有关教师职业发展的政策;通过文献研究法梳理相关政策发现,教师职业发展的政策主要包含教师教育、教师管理、教师岗位性质、教师待遇等四个方面内容,分析其特点表现为以标准和制度为准绳、以教师师德水平和专业能力为核心、以信息素养和信息技术应用能力为抓手、以社会地位和待遇为激励机制。通过分析教师职业发展政策文件的框架和特点,为智能时代背景下教师职业的发展提供参考和方向。
The era of intelligence is an era with artificial intelligence as the main production technology,the change of times urges the change of social politics,economy,culture and so on,and has an especially important impact on the social professions.To adapt to the social requirements of the era of intelligence China has promulgated a large number of policies concerning teacher career development.The literature research into relevant policies shows that the policies of teacher career development mainly include teacher education,teacher management,the nature of teachers’posts,and teachers’treatment.The characteristics of the policies are as follows:taking the standard and system as the criterion,the teacher’s moral level and professional ability as the core,the information literacy and the ability of applying information technology as the starting point,and the status and treatment as the incentive mechanism.By analyzing the framework and characteristics of the policy documents on teacher career development,this paper provides reference and direction for the development of teacher career under the background of intelligent age.
