摘要
改革开放40年来,我国中小学教师政策经历了恢复发展、法制规范、振兴发展和新时代建设四个阶段,不同阶段教师政策的重点不尽相同。以地位和待遇为抓手,提升教师职业吸引力;从"合格"走向"卓越",不断提高教师培养质量;以服务教师专业成长为旨向,全方位加大教师培训力度;以管理体制改革为突破口,不断调节教师专业发展活力,是40年来促进教师专业发展的重要政策举措。
Over the past 40 years of reform and opening-up, China's teacher policy for primary andsecondary schools has experienced four developmental stages the period of recovery, the period of legal standardization, the period of revitalization and the period of construction in the new era. At different developmental stages, the priorities of the policy are different, which are taking the status and benefits as stimulations to make the teaching profession more attractive, improving the teaching quality from "qualified" to "excellent", strengthening teacher training with the purpose of promoting professional growth, and taking management system reform as the breakthrough point to boost the energy of teacher professional development.
