摘要
针对科研单位普遍存在的对科研设备的运行、使用、维护等多维状态的感知力不强、可控度不高、及时性较差等问题,从提升科研设备管理水平的需求出发,为科研单位的科研设备管理工作提供可靠、实时、有效的系统支持。开展针对科研设备的物联网应用技术、综合管理技术、态势监控技术研究,构建科研设备管理系统,实现科研设备的实时联网、综合管理、态势监控,提升科研设备的数字化、科学化综合管理水平。
