摘要
随着空间技术的不断发展,航天卫星、飞船等发射愈加频繁,在轨航天产品逐年增多。相较普通电子产品,航天产品具有投入成本高、发射后不便维修、维护等特点,要求其必须满足高可靠的质量要求。随着航天产品功能复杂化,超大规模集成电路等普遍应用,静电放电对产品的危害越来越受到重视。在阐述静电的产生和危害的基础上,文章介绍了航天产品静电防护管理体系的建立,以及航天产品研制过程的静电防护控制。结合工程实际重点说明了单板研制,装配、总装及试验,环境试验等环节的静电防护控制需要注意的问题。为航天产品的静电防护提供参考,也为提升中国航天器的安全性和可靠性提供技术支撑。
With the continuous development of space technology,space satellites and spacecraft launch,and in-orbit space products are increasing year by year.Compared with ordinary electronic products,aerospace products have the characteristics of inconvenient maintenance after lunch,so it needs aerospace products must meet high and reliable quality requirements.With the increasingly complex functions of aerospace products,we pay more and more attention to the harm of electrostatic discharge to the products.On the basic of describing the causes of static electricity and the harm to electronic product,this paper introduces the establishment of electrostatic discharge protection management system for aerospace products and the control of static electricity protection in the development process of aerospace products.Combined with the actual project,the electrostatic protection of aerospace products in the whole process of single board development,assembly,integration and test,environmental test are introduced.It provides a reference for the electrostatic discharge protection of aerospace products,and also provides the safety and reliability of China’s spacecraft.
