摘要
基于UN Comtrade数据库与OECD数据库,选取2007—2018年中国对33个国家(地区)的文化出口数据,通过构建包括数字距离、文化距离、制度距离、地理距离和经济距离等五维距离的CAGE拓展模型,实证检验了数字距离对中国文化出口的作用、作用机制及与其他距离的交互影响。结果表明:(1)数字距离与中国文化出口呈负向相关关系,原CAGE模型中文化距离、制度距离、地理距离仍是影响我国文化出口的重要因素;(2)数字距离通过贸易成本机制对我国文化出口产生作用;(3)传统距离因素对数字距离与我国文化出口间的负向相关关系均有强化调节作用;(4)对于发达国家(地区)和不与我国接壤的国家(地区),数字距离对我国文化出口的影响效果更显著。依据研究结果,提出通过提高数字技术应用和推广能力、达成区域数字贸易规则等方式缩小国家(地区)间数字距离,增强中国文化出口的具体对策。
In recent years,all-round development of digital technology has consolidated the foundation of digital cultural trade and spawned a new form of cultural trade.Digital culture platforms and digital technology promote the development of the cultural industry chain and boost the quality and efficiency of cultural trade.Digital technology and cultural trade mutually reinforce each other’s achievements.Digital technology enriches cultural trade forms,and becomes an important breakthrough to expand the international influence of Chinese culture by reducing the impact of digital distance on cultural exports caused by the digital technology level gap between countries(regions).This paper first analyzes the impact of digital distance on China’s cultural exports and its mechanism from a theoretical perspective.Secondly,based on the UN Comtrade database and OECD database,China’s cultural exports to 33 countries(regions)from 2007 to 2018 are selected to build a CAGE expansion model that includes digital distance,cultural distance,institutional distance,geographical distance and economic distance.The two-way fixed effect model is used to test the effect of digital distance on Chinese cultural exports.Finally,the paper analyzes and verifies the mechanism and the regulatory effect of CAGE four-dimensional distance on digital distance and China’s cultural exports.Besides,the paper analyzes the impact of countries on China’s cultural exports from the perspective of heterogeneity.The results show that:(1)The digital distance has a negative correlation with China’s cultural exports.In other words,the greater the difference is in the level of digital technology development between China and the trade target countries(regions),the more detrimental it is to China’s cultural exports,which in turn restricts the promotion of China’s cultural exports to the trade target countries(regions).(2)Cultural distance,institutional distance and geographical distance in the original CAGE model are still important factors in China’
