摘要
为全面贯彻党的教育方针,培养出德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义接班人,需要强有力的教师队伍作为支撑。通过对文化自信内涵价值及文化自信融入教师队伍建设的必要性进行阐述,针对当前教师队伍建设中文化自信存在一定缺失的现象,提出了文化自信背景下教师队伍建设路径,以期为建设高质量高水平教师队伍提供新思路。
In order to fully implement the Party’s educational policy and cultivate socialist successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,art and labor,it is necessary to need a strong team of teachers as support.This paper expounds the connotation value of cultural self-confidence and the necessity of integrating cultural self-confidence into the construction of teacher team.In view of the lack of cultural self-confidence in the construction of teacher team,this paper puts forward the construction path of teacher team under the background of cultural self-confidence,in order to provide a new idea for the construction of high-quality and high-level teacher team.
