摘要 为研究添加不同酵母源对猫粮适口性的影响,试验根据遗传品系一致、年龄及体重相近、雌雄各半的原则,选取健康成年宠物猫40只,采用国际通用适口性比较测定方法“双盆法”,随机分成4组,每组10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮中添加2%酵母提取物、2%酵母水解物、2%啤酒酵母粉。结果表明:添加不同酵母源产品对宠物猫的采食量有显著影响,三种含有酵母源猫粮的适口性由好到差分别为酵母提取物日粮>啤酒酵母粉日粮>酵母水解物(无核苷酸化)日粮。 This study aimed to investigate the effects of adding different yeast on the palatability of cat food. According to the principle of the same genetic strain,similar age and body weight,and half male and female,40 healthy adult cats were selected and randomly divided into 4 groups with 10 cats in each group by adopting the international common palatability comparison method "double bowl method". The control group was fed the basal diet,and the experimental groups was fed the basal diet + 2% yeast extract,2% yeast hydrolyzate,2% brewer’s yeast meal,respectively. The results showed that the cat food supplemented with different yeast had a significant effect on the feed intake of cats. The palatability of the three types of cat food containing yeast source from good to poor was yeast extract diet > brewer’s yeast meal diet > yeast hydrolyzate(no nucleotide) diet.
