摘要
为研究不同酵母水解物配方的宠物产品对宠物适口性的影响,试验根据遗传品系一致、年龄及体重相近、雌雄各半的原则,选用健康成年犬/猫各24只,采用国际通用适口性比较测定方法“双盆法”,将犬/猫随机分成3组,每组8个重复。空白组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别饲喂基础日粮+2%酵母水解物A(日粮2),2%酵母水解物B(日粮3),2%酵母水解物C(日粮4)。试验结果表明:对于宠物犬和猫而言,与其他酵母水解物相比,核苷酸化的酵母水解物在适口性上具有显著优势。
This study aimed to investigate the effect of different yeast hydrolyzate on the palatability of pet food.The test was based on the principle of the same genetic strain,similar age and weight,and half of males and females.24 healthy adult dogs and 24 healthy adult cats were randomly assigned 3 groups with 8 replicates in each group.The dogs or cats in the control group were fed basic diet,and the others were fed the basic diet supplemented with 2%yeast hydrolysate A(diet 2),2%yeast hydrolysate B(diet 3),2%yeast hydrolysate C(diet 4).The results showed that for pet dogs and cats,compared with other yeast hydrolyzates,the nucleotide-based yeast hydrolyzate has a significant advantage in palatability.
