摘要
升麻性主升散,微寒以清热,为太阴升机之要药,可从脾、胸肺、头面、咽喉而升,散邪于无形。升麻既疏中气升机之不利,又提中气之不升,还可挽中气之下陷。中气升提有序,则胃降有序。从八纲来看,表证、里证、热证、寒证、虚证、实证、气证、血证皆可用之。气升,则津液、血随之而升,以灌脏腑经络,而水、湿、痰、瘀等病理产物未见随之而升者。升麻的剂量与调理气机的力度有关,与调理气机的路线无关。因此,临床时应“辨机用药”,严格遵守升麻调理气机的特点,通过灵活配伍以最大程度发挥其药效。
Shengma has the property of ascending and dissipating Qi and can clear away Heat,being slightly cold in nature.It is the key medicine for ascending Qi of Taiyin.It can ascend Qi from the Spleen,chest and Lung,head,face and throat,dissipating the Evil Factor.Shengma not only relieves the unsmoothness of the middle Qi ascending,but also promotes the middle Qi stagnation and prevent the middle Qi from sinking.With the middle Qi ascending and promoting orderly,the Stomach Qi descending orderly.From the point of view of the Eight Principles,it can be applied in treatment of exterior syndromes,interior syndromes,heat syndromes,cold syndromes,deficiency syndromes,excess syndromes,Qi syndromes and Blood syndromes.When Qi ascends,body Fluid and Blood ascend accordingly to nourish viscera and meridians,but pathological products such as edema,Dampness,Phlegm and Blood stasis do ascend with that.The dose of Shengma is related to the strength of regulating Qi movement but not its route.Therefore,in clinical practice,we should "distinguish the mechanism to use the drug" and strictly abide by the characteristics of Shengma in regulating the Qi movement to maximize its efficacy through flexible compatibility.
