生大黄、清半夏、常山的药性实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究生大黄、清半夏、常山的升降浮沉药性。方法:观察生大黄、清半夏、常山水煎液对小鼠小肠推进和肠容积的影响;采用比色法测定小鼠血浆中乙酰胆碱酯酶(AchE)的活力;从与气机运动相对应的关系讨论药物的升降浮沉。结果:与对照组比较,生大黄组、常山组小肠推进率、肠容积皆有统计学意义(P<0.05),生大黄组、清半夏组和常山组乙酰胆碱酯酶活力变化皆有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:常山抑制小鼠胃肠道正常运动,表现出向上的趋势,为升浮药;生大黄和清半夏促进小鼠胃肠道的正常运动,表现出向下的趋势,为沉降药。
