高寒环境下太阳病风寒表证动物模型的建立 被引量:4

Establishment of Animal Model for Wind - cold Exterior Syndrome in Taiyang Disease under High Altitude Environment

摘要 目的:在高原环境下复制风寒表证动物模型。方法:小鼠自由饲养于人工模拟风寒环境中,连续7天,观测实验小鼠一般状况及体重、体温等指标的变化。结果:实验组小鼠造模前后有明显的体重减轻(P<0.01)和体温升高(P<0.05)。结论:造模7天后,小鼠的表现符合中医"风寒表证"症状变化,复制模型成功。 Objective:To establish mice models of the wind cold superficies syndrome under alpine environ- ment. Methods: Mites were freely fed under artificial simulative cold environment for seven days, and divided into the test group and control group of 60 animals each ( male 30, female 30) . Changes of general condition, body weight, body temperature so on were observed. Results:The weight loss and increase of body temperature in the test group were significant (P 〈0.01 and P 〈0.05) as compared with the control group. Conclusions:The mice models established by simulative environment are suceesful because their medical manifestations accord with wind - cold superficies syndrome of chinese traditional medicine.
