摘要
目的 探讨康复护理干预对重症病毒性脑炎患儿预后的影响,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法 本研究选取2019年3月—2021年8月驻马店市中心医院妇女儿童医院收治的92例重症病毒性脑炎患儿为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将患儿分为对照组和观察组,每组46例。对照组患儿采用常规护理。观察组患儿在对照组基础上进行康复护理干预。比较2组患儿语言障碍、肢体障碍、颅脑神经障碍恢复时间。比较2组患儿护理前及护理后(出院时)焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分。结果 护理前,2组患儿SAS及SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,2组患儿SAS及SDS评分均低于护理前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿语言障碍、肢体障碍、颅脑神经障碍恢复时间均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 康复护理在重症病毒性脑炎患儿护理中的应用效果显著,能缩短患儿语言障碍、肢体障碍、颅脑神经障碍恢复时间,改善患儿心理状态,值得临床推广应用。
Objective This paper aims to investigate the effect of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the prognosis of children with severe viral encephalitis to provide a reference for clinical treatment.Methods Ninety-two children with severe viral encephalitis admitted to Zhumadian Central Hospital(Women and Children’s Hospital) from March 2019 to August 2021were selected as the study participants.They were assigned to a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.Children in the control group received routine nursing.The children in the observation group received rehabilitation nursing intervention based on the control group.The recovery time of language disorder,limb disorder,and craniocerebral nerve disorder was compared between the two groups.Self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and selfrating depression scale(SDS) scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing(at discharge).Results Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,with the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).The recovery time of language disorder,limb disorder,and craniocerebral nerve disorder in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing is effective in shortening the recovery time of language disorder,limb disorder,and craniocerebral nerve disorder and improving the psychological status of children in the nursing of severe pediatric viral encephalitis.These benefits hold promise for a wider application of this procedure in clinical practice.
