摘要
目的研究沙枣(Elaeagnus angustifolia L.)乙醇提取物的化学成分。方法采用多种色谱和波谱技术对沙枣乙醇提取物的化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。结果与结论从沙枣体积分数为70%的乙醇提取物中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯甲酸(1)、原儿茶醛(2)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(3)、3,4-二羟基苯甲酸乙酯(4)、香草酸(5)、没食子酸(6)、淫羊藿次苷F2(7)、苯乙基-β-D-葡萄糖苷(8)、淫羊藿次苷(9)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基反式肉桂酸(10)、顺式对羟基肉桂酸(11)、4-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖基顺式苯丙烯酸(12)、顺式-阿魏酸4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(13)、(E)-芥子酸4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(14)和(Z)-芥子酸4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(15)。其中,化合物2、4、7~15为首次从胡颓子属植物中分离得到,并首次报道了化合物15的核磁共振波谱数据。
70%Ethanol extract of the dried fruits of Elaeagnus angustifolia L.was isolated by using various chromatographic methods.As the results,fifteen compounds were obtained.Their structures were identified as p-hydroxyl benzoic acid(1),protocatechuic aldehyde(2),3,4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(3),ethyl 3,4-dihydroxybenzoate(4),vanillic acid(5),gallic acid(6),icariside F2(7),phenethyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),icariside D1(9),trans-p-coumaric acidβ-D-glucopyranoside(10),cis-p-hydroxycinnamic acid(11),4-O-β-D-glucosyl-cis-p-coumaric acid(12),cis-feruloyl-4-β-D-glucoside(13),(E)-sinapate 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(14),and(Z)-sinapate 4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(15).Among them,compounds 2,4 and 7-15 were isolated from the Elaeagnus genus firstly.Moreover,the NMR data of compound 15 were reported for the first time.
