摘要 目的:研究海州常山Clerodendrum trichotomum Thunb.茎的化学成分。方法:综合运用硅胶、凝胶、ODS等柱色谱技术进行分离纯化,结合MS、^(1)H-NMR、^(13)C-NMR等波谱技术鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从海州常山茎中分离得到14个化合物,分别鉴定为:弥罗松酚(1)、villoson A(2)、粘霉烯醇(3)、3-O-乙酰齐墩果醛(4)、teuvincenone E(5)、异地黄苷(6)、deacylisomartynoside(7)、毛蕊花糖苷(8)、异毛蕊花糖苷(9)、去咖啡酰基毛蕊花糖苷(10)、(+)-南烛木树脂酚-3α-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(11)、(-)-南烛木树脂酚-3α-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(12)、南烛木树脂酚(13)、3,12-O-β-D-二吡喃葡萄糖基-11,16-二羟基松香醇-8,11,13-三烯(14)。结论:其中,化合物11~13为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物1、7、14为首次从该植物中分离得到。 Objective:To study the chemical constituents from the stems of Clerodendrum trichotomum.Methods:The compounds were isolated and purified by column chromatographic methods,including silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,ODS and so on.The structures of compounds were identified by MS,^(1)H-NMR,^(13)C-NMR and other spectral techniques.Results:Fourteen compounds were isolated from the stems of Clerodendrum trichotomum and identified as ferruginol(1),villoson A(2),glutinol(3),3-O-acetyl oleanolic aldehyde(4),teuvincenone E(5),isomartynoside(6),deacylisomartynoside(7),verbascoside(8),isoverbascoside(9),decaffeoylverbascoside(10),(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucoside(11),(-)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucoside(12),lyoniresinol(13),3,12-O-β-D-diglucopyranosyl-11,16-dihydroxyabieta-8,11,13-triene(14),respectively.Conclusion:Among them,compounds 11 to 13 are isolated from Clerodendrum genus for the first time,compounds 1,7,14 are isolated from Clerodendrum trichotomum for the first time.
