摘要
实现中国式乡村文化振兴不仅需要借鉴前人经验,更需要充分考虑国情,做出中国式现代化选择,因地制宜进行科学规划,走中国式乡村文化振兴道路。非遗既是社会历史的见证也是感情连接的纽带,乡村民间文化是其精神根脉,文化人本主义是其基础内核,中华优秀传统文化是其重要源泉。目前,非遗赋能中国式乡村文化振兴的过程还存在乡村文化主体力量单薄、文化服务乏力、非遗专业人才缺乏及文化资源利用不足的问题。在提升文化主体自信、加强规划精准服务、培育人才建设梯队、文旅融合创新发展等方面着力,将有力推动非遗赋能乡村文化振兴。
On the course to realize the revitalization of Chinese rural culture, it requires not only previous experience, but also full consideration of the national conditions, follow the Chinese path to moderization and carry out scientific planning according to local conditions. Intangible cultural heritage is both a witness of history and also a bond of emotional connection. Its spiritual root lies in rural folk culture, its essential core is cultural humanism, and its important source is the excellent Chinese traditional culture. Current problems in revitalizing and empowering Chinese rural culture by means of intangible cultural heritage, include weak leading force, poor cultural services, lack of professional talents in intangible cultural heritage and insufficient utilization of cultural resources. To effectively promote revitalization of rural culture through intangible cultural heritage, efforts should be made in boosting people’s cultural confidence, strengthening planning and enhancing targeted services,cultivating talents, and promoting the innovation and integration of culture and tourism.
