摘要
全自动运行FAO项目方兴未艾,给传统列车控制方式和运营组织管理带来了重大变化。本文以宏观角度,从技术和管理两方面对FAO系统与传统系统的差异进行了分析;基于筹备新建FAO项目的层面,探讨了运营单位在FAO项目中车站及调度指挥、司乘操作、系统设备运维管理、工期配合等关键环节的筹备要点。
The full automatic operation(FAO)project is in the ascendant,which has brought significant changes to the traditional train control mode and operation organization management.This paper analyzes the differences between the FAO system and the traditional system in technology and management from a macro perspective,and discusses the key points of preparation for the key links of the operation unit in the FAO project,such as station and dispatching command,drivers operation,system equipment operation and maintenance management duration cooperation.
