摘要
目的:优选虎杖煮散工艺。方法:采用HPLC法测定虎杖煎煮液中虎杖苷和大黄素的含量,以含量和干膏率为评价指标,考察虎杖煮散主要影响因素(浸泡时间、煎煮时间、加水量),优选虎杖煮散工艺。结果:虎杖最佳煮散工艺为加14倍量水、浸泡0 min、煎煮10 min,煮散与饮片的剂量比为1∶2。结论:优选的煮散工艺简单可行,筛选的剂量可为临床应用提供参考。
Objective To optimize the preparation technology and dosage of Polygonum cuspidatum.Method The one-factor method and orthogonal test were used to optimize the preparation technology and dosage of Polygonum cuspidatum by weighted scoring method with polydatin,emodin and extractives rate.Result The best preparation technology was adding 14 times water,soaking for 0 min,and decocting for 10 min.The dosage ratio is 1∶2.Conclusion The preparation technology is simple and feasible,and the dosage can provide reference for clinical application.
