摘要 为确定ZG40CrNi2Mo的稳定热处理工艺,使其拥有良好的强韧型配合,获得较高的综合力学性能,通过试验对照,研究了热处理工艺对ZG40CrNi2Mo力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,试样经过860℃淬火+550℃回火的调质工艺热处理后,材料获得了最佳综合力学性能,抗拉强度达到1 156 MPa,屈服强度达到1 034 MPa,常温冲击功KU2达到53 J,-40℃冲击功KU2达到22.5 J。 In order to make sure of Stable heat treatment process of ZG40CrNi2Mo, so as to make it have well strong and tough type cooperate, and get higher comprehensive mechanical properties. The effect of heat treatment process on the mechanical properties of ZG40CrNi2Mo was studied by experimental comparison. The test results showed that the material had the best comprehensive mechanical properties after quenching at 860 ℃ and tempering at 550 ℃. The strength of the sample reached to 1 156 MPa, the yield strength reached to 1 034 MPa, the impact energy at room temperature was 53 J and the impact energy at-40 ℃ was 22.5 J.
