摘要
为便于飞机维修或维护需要,在飞机机身、机翼等部位开设维护口盖,飞机维护口盖通过锁机构得以实现与飞机机体的连接,飞机维修口盖锁成为飞机装配件中最常见的结构件。长期以来,各航空企业存在所涉及的口盖锁种类繁多且安装工艺专项性强、指导性差等现状。因此,借助航空集团标准整合升级的契机,通过深入了解、学习、研究各航空企业编制的飞机口盖锁的安装技术标准,采用优化改进、内容合并、系统研究、安装验证等手段,提出一套口盖锁分类的方法,并对口盖锁的安装工艺进行归纳提炼,摸索出典型口盖锁安装工艺的普遍规律,从而快速、准确地指导各类飞机维修口盖锁的快速、有效安装。
In order to facilitate the maintenance of aircraft, maintenance covers were often set on the fuselage, wing and other parts of the aircraft, and the aircraft maintenance covers were connected with the aircraft body through a locking mechanism, so the aircraft maintenance cover lock was one of the most common structural components in aircraft assembly. For a long time, there were many kinds of cover locks involved in various aviation enterprises, and their installation technology was strong in specificity and poor in guidance. With the opportunity of the integration and upgrading of the airlines group standards, we thoroughly understanded and studied the technical standards for the installation of aircraft cover locks compiled by various aviation enterprises, put forward innovative views on the classification methods of cover locks by means of optimization and improvement, content merging, systematic research, installation practice and so on, summed up and refined the installation technology of cover locks, and found out the general rules of typical cover locks installation technology, so as to quickly and accurately guide the installation of aircraft maintenance cover locks.
