摘要
基于CATIA逆向建模及自定位技术,研究出了一种可用于外场飞机口盖快速互换的口盖制造工艺方法。通过对口盖进行三维建模并虚拟装配,在数模中完成螺栓孔位的布局设计,利用五轴机床制出口盖安装螺栓初孔及自定位钻模的运用,实现了孔位的精确传递,解决了口盖互换性差及定位不准确的问题。
Based on the CATIA reverse modeling and self-positioning technology, a manufacturing process for rapid interchangeability of the cover of aircraft in outfield was developed. Through the three-dimensional modeling and virtual assembly of the cover, the layout design of the bolt hole position was completed in the digital model, and the use of the five-axis machine tool to make the cover to install the initial bolt hole and the self-positioning drill die was used to realize the accurate transmission of the hole position, the problems of poor interchangeability and inaccurate positioning of the cover were solved.
