国家级继续教育项目“无痛牙科治疗技术和牙科镇静技术”课程12年总结和改进 被引量:1

摘要 我国口腔镇静镇痛技术起步较晚,发展不均衡,众多基层医生缺乏无痛操作正确理念及基本技能。北京协和医院口腔科无痛牙科治疗中心自2010年起根据国内日益增长的无痛牙科治疗的需求,精心设计了“无痛牙科治疗技术和牙科镇静技术”国家级继续教育项目。项目实施的12年期间,培训了来自全国20多个省市的400多名学员,推动了我国口腔镇静镇痛诊疗技术的开展,获得了良好的社会效益。文章就该项目的课程设计、实施经验及未来展望进行总结和分析,以期为国内推广实施规范化的牙科镇静镇痛培训提供参考,促进我国口腔镇静镇痛事业的发展。 ,and many grassroots dentists lack correct concepts and basic technical skills. According to the status of domestic growing demand for painless and comfortable dental treatment,the national continuing education program "Painless Dental Treatment and Dental Sedation Technique" has been carefully designed by the Department of Stomatology,Peking Union Medical College Hospital since 2010. During the past 12 years,more than 400 trainees from more than 20 provinces and cities across the country have been trained,which has greatly promoted the development of various standardized painless dental treatment techniques in China,and obtained good social benefits. This paper summarizes and analyzes the curriculum design of this program,implementation experience and future prospects,aiming to provide reference for the promotion and implementation of standardized training on dental sedation and dental analgesia,and to promote the development of dental sedation education in China.
