摘要
Hippo信号通路也称为Salvador/Warts/Hippo(SWH)通路,命名主要源于果蝇中的蛋白激酶Hippo(Hpo)。该通路由一系列保守激酶组成,主要是通过调控细胞的增殖和凋亡来调控器官的大小。近年来,研究Hippo信号通路在免疫系统以及癌症发生中的作用已成为热点,并且已有多项研究报道其可以调控免疫反应,包括先天性免疫系统和适应性免疫系统中各免疫细胞的功能,影响免疫应答的效果。文章总结了近年来Hippo信号通路在各种免疫细胞及一些免疫应答过程中发挥的作用,探讨了Hippo信号通路的治疗前景。
The Hippo pathway,also called Salvador/Warts/Hippo(SWH)pathway,is originated from the protein kinase Hippo(Hpo)in drosophila.This pathway is mainly composed of a serious of conserved kinases and contributed to regulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis in response to organ size.In recent years,it has become a hotpot that the role of Hippo pathway in immunity and cancer,and numerous studies reported that it can regulate the immune responses and the functions of immune cells in innate immunity and adaptive immunity.This review summarizes the role of Hippo signaling pathway in various immune cells and immune responses in recent years,and discusses the therapeutic prospect of it.
