摘要
城市及工程测量是为城市规划建设管理和工程全生命周期提供支撑保障的专业技术服务。建设综合院是我国最早开展此业务的机构之一,过去的七十年经历了从传统的控制测量、地形测量到变形测量、精密工程测量、历史文化保护测绘、遥感制图、卫星定位测量、地理信息系统开发、数字城市和智慧城市空间信息应用等发展过程,并为相应领域的标准化工作做出了重要贡献。本文从几个方面分析其创新发展简况,试图从中梳理我国城市及工程测量发展的一点脉络。
Urban and engineering surveying is the professional technical service that provides support for urban planning,construction and management and the life cycle of engineering projects.CIGIS is one of the earliest institutions in China to carry out this business.In the past 70 years,CIGIS has experienced development process from classic control surveying and topographic mapping to deformation measurement,precision engineering surveying,surveying for historical and cultural protection,remote sensing mapping,surveying using the global navigation satellite system,geographic information system application,and geospatial support for digital and smart city.Meanwhile,CIGIS has also made remarkable contributions to the standardization in corresponding topic areas.This paper analyzes several aspects of innovative development in CIGIS,and trying to sort out a little context of the development of urban and engineering surveying in China.
